Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. was founded by seven young school teachers that were dedicated to educating young people in 1922. Seventeen years later the sorority formed an affiliate group called the Rhoer Club to carry on their legacy of guiding young ladies to develop their greatest potential.

The purpose of the Rhoer Club is to provide a positive experience for young women ages 12 to 18 in leadership development, academic counseling, mentoring, community service, and rites of passage program. Rhoers are middle to high school aged girls who participate in many of the activities of the sorority as well as special youth development programs. Rhoer clubs offer girls the opportunity to build their self-esteem, learn about their heritage and develop the skills needed to be personally and academically successful.

President's Welcome
Sienna Ebo - President
Greetings from the Beautiful Butterflies of the Gamma Pi Sigma Rhoer Club. I am Rhoer President Ela'Jah Dixon and I would like to welcome you to the Rhoer Club Affiliate page.
Our Rhoer Club is comprised of young ladies between the ages of 12 through 18 who attend high schools all over the Greater Milwaukee area.
We are mentored by the women of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. who set an example for positive womanhood. We receive leadership training, educational support, career development and inspiration to be accountable to our community.
We help to serve in areas that need representation of youth empowerment.
We plan to continue to build on the strong foundation of the women of Gamma Pi Sigma Alumnae Chapter, as we work to strengthen our sisterhood through service and scholarship. We cordially invite you to attend our public programs and social events listed in the calendar and see what we are about.
On behalf of the members of Gamma Pi Sigma Alumnae Chapter Rhoer Club, we offer you our “RHO-yal,” Welcome!!
