Prospective Members

Are you interested in joining Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated? The Gamma Pi Sigma Alumnae Chapter welcomes professional, self-confident, and goal-oriented women with excellent leadership skills who are eager to work in the community. 

 

New members of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. are accepted on both the undergraduate and graduate levels.

 

GRADUATE: Potential graduate members must hold a degree from a four-year accredited educational institution.

​

UNDERGRADUATE: College candidates may be accepted for undergraduate membership after successfully completing one quarter, semester, or trimester. The cumulative grade point average required for membership is 2.5 (on a 4.0 scale). We encourage you to make acquaintance with Eta Zeta Chapter - University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Theta Zeta Chapter – Marquette University and Epsilon Omega Chapter – University of Wisconsin-Whitewater Undergraduate chapter members, and to also attend community service events, social programs, and informational sessions.

Membership in Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. is extended BY INVITATION ONLY and may not be solicited.

Professional women who are interested in learning more about the Sorority and our members should review our chapter events in order to acquaint themselves of the variety of service and social opportunities that are offered by the chapter.

TRANSFERRING & RETURNING SORORS: For transferring and returning Sorors, we welcome you to join us at our events, community service projects, and social activities. We would be delighted to have you reactivate with Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. and join our alumnae chapter.
